  • I can’t sign in — what should I check?
    Make sure cookies are enabled and the time on your device is correct. If the issue persists, try ‘Forgot password’ or contact support.
  • Where do I see my wallet & points?
    Go to Account → Wallet. Your connected address and testnet points are shown there.
  • How do I report a bug or security issue?
    Use the Contact form and choose Subject: ‘Bug’ or ‘Security’. Include steps to reproduce, screenshots, and your browser version.
  • Which browsers are supported?
    Latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Mobile browsers are supported but desktop offers the best experience.
